Click and Collect is available for local customers to collect from our warehouse at 36 Vulcan Road South, Norwich, NR6 6AF. This is free for all orders.
We endeavour to send all orders received Mon-Fri by 4pm on the same day, however, during busy periods orders make take longer to despatch.
Please note that courier deliveries may be made from 8am - 6pm Monday to Friday and must be signed for on delivery. We cannot courier items to P.O. addresses.
Deliveries to some outer regions of Scotland, the Highlands and Islands and Northern Ireland (Postcode BT) will be subject to a surcharge imposed by the courier and may take longer to arrive. Please see below for details.
Postcodes classed as Highlands & Islands include (but not limited to): AB31-38, AB40-56, HS, IV1-56, IV63, KA27-28, KW1-17, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH4-44, PH49-50, PO30-41, ZE.
