Sikaforce 800 (was Sikaforce 7800) - Blue Wind Turbine Repair Filler for Lower Temperatures.
With an application temperature of 5 to 15C (40 to 60F) Sikaforce 800 Blue is the ideal Blade Repair Filler when there are lower temperatures.
Sikaforce 800 - Blue is a two component polyurethane based profile and surface filler specially designed for rotor blades in the eind turbine industry.
Advantages and benefits of Sikaforce 800 - Blue:
- Excellent mixing, application and tooling properties
- Very good adhesion to fiberglass surfaces
- Non-sag, up to layer thicknesses of approx 20mm
- Fast sanding time at low ambient temperatures
- Easy to sand and will not clog the sandpaper
NB: This product is suitable for professional, experienced users only. Tests with actual substrates and conditions have to be performed to ensure adhesion and material compatibility.
