Soudal Soudaseal 215 LM is a low modulus hybrid polymer sealant in 290ml tubes. Virtually odourless, non-shinking and it has an extended open time compared to silicones, to allow longer tooling of the product.
Primerless adhesion on nearly all common construction materials such as:
- Plastics
- Masonry
- Metals (inc copper & lead)
- Wood
- Natural stone substrates
- Even when surfaces are damp
High performance mechanical properties, colour stable and UV resistant. Free of harmful chemicals - isocyanates, solvents, halogens and acids.
Paintable will all water-based paints. Silicone-free. Non-staining on natural stone substrates.
Construction and industrial sealing applications. Perimeter sealing of all window and door frame substrates – PVCu, aluminium and wood. Sealing of roofline and drainage systems. Sealing of expansion and connection joints in the building industry, including natural stone. Roofing seals including lead, copper, roofing slates and fibre-cement. Industrial applications; coated metals, anodized aluminium, stainless steel. HVAC ducting, pipework and drainage joints. General maintenance and sealing.
Method: Manual- or pneumatic caulking gun
Application temperature: +5°C until +35°C
Surface temperature: > +5°C
Cleaning: White Spirit or Surface Cleaner immediately after application and before curing
Tooling: soapy solution before skin formation
